Roman Pashkovskiy was born in Vinnytsia. He currently lives and works in Kyiv. He studied photography at the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts. At that time, Roman studied at Victor Marushchenko Photography School (till 2013). Roman worked as staff photographer for urban online magazine The Village Kyiv and Look At Me online media. His photos were published in Vogue Ukraine, Esquire Ukraine, Forbes Ukraine, ELLE Ukraine, Harper’s Bazaar Ukraine, Marie Claire Ukraine, Viva, PF, KIKA-Style. He shot for fashion brands like Poustovit, Litkovskaya, Bevza, Bekh, Elena Burenina, Ds'dress, RCR Khomenko, It’s me, and worked on advertising campaigns for Pepsi, Kyivstar, Sadochok, Kimberly Clark, Luxoptika, MakeUp, Lipton. Currently Roman does commercial shootings, cooperates with advertising agencies and works on personal projects. In March 2015, Roman took part in a group exhibition in Geneva, Switzerland. On February 14, 2015 Roman’s works were presented in Boryspil International Airport as a part of an exhibition arranged by Shcherbenko Art Center. In 2014, ‘Crimea Dream’ personal exhibition took place at Institut Français d'Ukraine in Kyiv. In 2009, first personal exhibition of Roman Pashkovskiy took place.
