Aleksandr Nesterovskii

Aleksandr Nesterovskii (1983), photographer from Kyiv.
Main trends of his photography are: landscape, abstract and conceptual photography. Key task in the process of creation is clarity of the story and harmony within the picture.
The works participated in exhibitions both in Ukraine and overseas: exhibition of contemporary Ukrainian art (‘Flaxon Ptootch’ salon-gallery, London, UK), exhibition-auction of collectors’ photography of XIX-XXI centuries (auction house ‘FOTO style’, Kyiv, Ukraine), exhibition contest ‘Trainspotting Competition 2012’ (Powerhouse Museum, Sydney, Australia), exhibition of the CIS and Baltic countries photo clubs parade, Saint Petersburg photo show in 2012 (CEH ‘Manege’, Saint Petersburg, Russia), ‘Kyiv forever’ (municipal art gallery ‘Lavra’, Kyiv, Ukraine), ‘Photosight Russian awards 2012’ and ‘Photosight Russian awards 2011’ (Center for Contemporary Art ‘Vinzavod’, gallery ‘Photoloft’, Moscow, Russia), ‘Times of year. Autumn 2012’ (art café ‘Salvador Dali’, Rivne, Ukraine), ‘The Ukraine we love’ (Mariinskyi park, Kyiv, Ukraine), ‘Subjective laconism’ (gallery ‘Fund for facilitation of art development’, Kyiv, Ukraine), ‘Carte blanche’ (‘Sunny gallery’, Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine) and others.
Photographs were published in various editions dedicated to photography: Russian edition of ‘Photo and Technics’ #8, US ‘Fotoblur’ #10, Russian ‘Photo-delo’ #10 in 2010, in 2012 the first photo album ‘The republic of Guinea’ from the series ‘Different Africa’ was published.
